Therapy
I provide therapy and holistic healing opportunities to individuals, couples, families, and groups to cultivate consciousness by helping you gain insight, meaning of your journey thus far and via the cultivation and alignment with your True Self. I offer services and retreats both in the Pacific Northwest and Mexico. Reflection on the past is often necessary to arrive at this meaning and to align our lives with the touchstones of truth, beauty, love and goodness. To guide us in our journey, I routinely recommend and reference readings, meditational practices and, for some, the guided therapeutic use of indigenous traditional medicines as indicated.

My Life Coaching is a partnership in identifying and understanding your essence and passions. In these endeavors, we overwhelmingly focus on the present and future and in doing so, create strategic, tangible and meaningful goals to foster accountability, progress and success.

Hospitality and Lifestyle
My own journey toward combating alienation, disempowerment, lack of agency and competition prompted my founding of SolMar International which weds hospitality with consciousness, holistic health and wellness, and experience. This partnership with the Self and consciousnesses continues to expand as I’ve now founded and operate Casa Mar a Cielo in Seattle, and Casa Del Maya Bed and Breakfast and Casa Oasis Guest House and Spa in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Together, these serve as holistic health and wellness centers offering therapy, yoga, lectures, retreats, indigenous plant and animal-based medicines, massage, aroma therapy, cooking classes and of course, revelry. We also offer daily tours to experience the wonders of the Yucatan Peninsula. My audacious intention is to create a revolution of wellness, belonging, empowerment, light and love. And there is a place at the table for all of us.
